How does diy gift registry work for hosts?

1. Hosts register their details with diy gift registry.com.au
The $75 (including GST) fee is paid using PayPal, a very safe and secure form of payment.
Simply by registering with diy gift registry, hosts receive a FREE copy of one of three magazine choices which cover all aspects of planning your special day, from the initial wedding planning stage to your honeymoon destination.

2. Once registered with diy gift registry, a receipt is emailed to the host, confirming payment and containing the username and passwords required for yourself and your guests to access your diy gift registry.  Hosts have the option of printing off invitation insert cards which provide your guests with all the required information. 

3. Hosts then compile a list of gifts they would like to receive from their guests. Simply list all the relevant details (ie. price, colour, model number etc) on your gift wish list so when your guests are at the relevant store purchasing your gift, they are sure to purchase the exact one you are after.
The beauty of diy gift registry is that any gift from any store can be included, unlike the traditional gift registry where you are only able to include items from that particular store.

4. One week after the function, hosts are emailed a list of which guest purchased each of the gifts you received.  This list is a great help when writing your thank you cards!
